Does Arsenic have ready-made designs?

Arsenic is a Design System based on Atomic structure. It provides you a base on which you can create UI designs for web and mobile. It doesn’t contain ready-made designs out of the box. If you wish to purchase ready to use UI kits, browse our other products which are based on Arsenic Design System.

What is the difference between Cohort and Arsenic?

Cohort is a marketplace where you can buy various Design Resources. Arsenic is the Design System created by Cohort.

How does the licensing work?

Anything you buy on Cohort, you can use it for personal and commercial projects without any limit. You cannot however resell or sell altered versions of it independently.

Do you offer team plans?

Yes, we are soon going to offer team plans. The product license doesn’t influence whether you’re an individual or a team.

Do you offer refunds?

We can consider it. Since all of our products are digital, refunds are not always possible. However, if you can explain is there is a genuine defect in the product, we are happy consider and are committed to provide best products.

Do you offer discounts?

Do you provide support / answers to questions?

We suggest you post your issue on our Community Forum and we’ll be happy to answer them all. Alternatively, contact us to get premium support at a nominal fee.

Can I use Arsenic for my client projects?

Certainly! You are absolutely free to use Arsenic for any UI project. You don’t need to buy additional license.

Do you have a version for Figma and Adobe XD?

We are working hard to come up with a version both for Figma and Adobe XD.

What payment methods do you support?

We accept Paypal and via secure payments vai Stripe using cards (Master Card, Visa, Amex)

How to make changes to the purchased files?

You will need Sketch latest version to be able to use and modify files.

How do I download once I've subscribed?

If you’re subscribed with All in 1 pass – you can download any file anytime. For individual items purchased, you can anytime log in to your accounts, and download files from My Purchases section.

How does the subscription work?

All in 1 pass allows you to download any eligible product from Cohort product set anytime. You will need to have active subscription. Once your subscription expires, you will still be able to download files that you downloaded at least once while your subscription was active. With active subscription – you will get free upgrades including Arsenic Design System.
